Terms of Service

01. Booking & Date Reservation

To reserve your date exclusively with Wonder Engineer, a signed booking agreement and a non-refundable retainer deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total package value) are required. No date is held or confirmed without the receipt of this retainer.

The remaining balance is due prior to the commencement of the final event or before master high-resolution galleries are released, as outlined in your individual client quotation.

02. Event Timelines & Client Cooperation

Photography requires dedicated time and cooperation to achieve optimal results. The client agrees to allocate sufficient time for couple portraits, family formals, and bridal prep as discussed during pre-event consultations.

While our crew will make every professional effort to capture all requested moments and key family members, we cannot be held liable for missed shots due to unexpected ritual delays, guest delays, or venue lighting restrictions beyond our control.

03. Deliverables & Post-Production Timeline

Every delivered photograph and film undergoes meticulous manual curation, color-grading, and fine-art skin retouching:

• Sneak Peek Highlights: Delivered digitally within 48 to 72 hours of event completion.
• Master Photo Gallery: Fully retouched high-resolution images delivered within 3 to 5 weeks.
• Cinematic Wedding Film & Teaser: Complete 4K film and social reels delivered within 6 to 8 weeks.
• Handcrafted Leather Albums: Dispatched within 3 weeks following client approval of the digital album layout.

04. RAW Unedited Files Policy

As an artistic photography studio, our final product is the curated, retouched, and color-graded image or film that reflects our signature aesthetic. RAW unedited camera sensor files and unculled test shots are not delivered to clients.

Every memorable, sharp, and meaningful frame is included in your master delivery.

05. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that our lead photographers are unable to perform due to severe illness, injury, act of God, severe weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Wonder Engineer will make every effort to secure a professional replacement team of comparable artistic caliber.

If no suitable replacement can be secured, our maximum liability is strictly limited to the full refund of all payments received for the affected event.

06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
