Clear guidelines on client rights, personal printing licenses, commercial restrictions, and social sharing.
01. Copyright Ownership
Under Indian Copyright Law and international intellectual property conventions, Wonder Engineer retains exclusive, perpetual worldwide copyright ownership of all original photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and drone visuals created during any commissioned session.
02. Client Personal Use License
Upon final settlement of all commissioning fees, Wonder Engineer grants our clients an exclusive, perpetual, non-commercial Personal Use License. You have full freedom to:
- Print unlimited personal copies (photo prints, canvas wall art, photo albums, greeting cards) through any printing lab.
- Share high-resolution images with family and friends via digital download or email.
- Post and share your photographs and video reels on personal social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
03. Social Media Sharing & Tagging Etiquette
When publishing your wedding or portrait photographs on social media, we kindly request crediting Wonder Engineer with a tag or mention.
We also request that clients refrain from applying harsh automated third-party filters or altering color grading, as our color science represents our artistic signature.
04. Third-Party Vendor & Commercial Usage
Third-party wedding vendors (makeup artists, wedding planners, bridal gown designers, mandap decorators, venue owners) are not permitted to use our copyrighted images for commercial advertising without prior written licensing from Wonder Engineer.
